Hello! I'm Claire, a qualified primary teacher and SENDCo. I created CTS from my belief that education should do much more than improve grades — it should build confidence, resilience and self-belief. My aim has always been to provide a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every young person feels understood and capable of succeeding.

In 2022, I made the very difficult decision to step out of the classroom to work as a tutor. I could clearly see that children, parents, schools and staff were at breaking point under immense pressures in education, and I wanted to be part of the solution — helping young people reach their full potential without compromising their mental health, well-being and confidence.

Alongside our fantastic team of tutors, I support learners across South Yorkshire with everything from building confidence and filling gaps in their knowledge to preparing for SATs, GCSEs, A Levels and entry examinations. We understand that every learner is different, which is why building trust and rapport always comes first. When young people feel comfortable and believe in themselves, progress follows.

Hi, I'm Jess! I support learners across a range of subjects and ages, working at each learner's own pace and building confidence step by step.

Whether it's helping a learner consolidate the foundations, keeping on top of school work, or preparing for the next stage, I aim to make every session calm, encouraging and genuinely useful. I believe learners do their best when they feel comfortable, supported and proud of their progress.

I look forward to meeting every learner and helping them grow in confidence as well as ability.
